- Excellent ability to express oneself clearly and persuasively in discussions with customers.
- Minimum 2 years of experience of Lead generation/cold calling (preferably in the IT resource augmentation/IT contracting service/project outsourcing).
- Planning ahead to accommodate a high volume of customers simultaneously.
- Sales pitches that are respectful and courteous to potential customers
- Analysis of the market for new product development.
- Examining the current market climate and making projections for the future.
- Recognizing current market circumstances and developing appropriate strategies to deal with it.
- Safeguard the privacy of the company’s sensitive records.
Requirements and skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/MBA/ or any Equavalent or any equivalent degree.
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
